You can return your purchased products within 30 days from receiving them and choose a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:

  • The product arrived with a damaged or contaminated package
  • The product is defective or unsatisfactory
  • You received the wrong item
  • You've had a change of heart and wish to return the product.

Please note that this 30-day returns policy applies exclusively to products purchased on this website. If you've purchased Spherewave products from other sources, kindly refer to the purchase site for their respective return policies, as they may have different terms beyond our control.

Steps to Take When Returning a Product

  1. Contact our friendly Customer Support Team by filling out a contact form here within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply provide your Full Name, Email, Order number, and briefly explain the reason for the return.
  2. Our dedicated customer support team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy and the Terms of Service, we will provide you with a link to a returns form. Once you provide all the necessary information, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address.
  3. Safely and securely re-pack your product, making sure to attach the provided RMA form visibly on the package. Send the returning products to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that we can only accept returned products with the attached RMA number and shipped to the specified Returns address. For defective items, please contact our customer support before arranging the return.
  4. Share the tracking number of the returning parcel and your unique return link with us. Please remember that return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated. To ensure smooth processing, use registered mail or a trackable shipment method and provide us with the tracking number.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that your return shipping fees will not be reimbursed by us. Refunds are typically reflected in your bank statements within 3-5 business days. The refund will be sent back to the original payment source used for the order.
